About Me
Hi, I’m Dwi Joi Gregor, the owner and trainer behind Joifully Fit.

Movement has always been a part of my life. As a former track athlete, avid hiker, and explorer, I’ve experienced firsthand how staying active shapes both body and mindset. That passion for movement turned into a career over a decade ago, and today I specialize in helping people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and live with more confidence.

Education & Growth
Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science
Currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Sports Science & Performance Programming at ASU’s Honors College
Working toward my long-term goal: earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
I continue to learn and grow because I believe my clients deserve the very best, evidence-based training available.

My Approach
Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients come to me to regain balance and stability as they age. Others want to push their athletic performance. Many just want to feel healthier, stronger, and more capable in their daily lives. Wherever you’re starting from, I meet you there.
I also believe that mindset is just as important as movement. While I don’t provide meal plans, I can help you shift your relationship with food and, when needed, connect you with trusted registered dietitians for specialized guidance.

Outside the Gym
When I’m not training clients, you’ll probably find me hiking a new trail, exploring the outdoors, or traveling. Movement isn’t just my career—it’s my lifestyle and my joy.
